Crail Tourist Information Centre is operated by the team of volunteers at Crail Museum & Heritage Centre.
Crail Museum is closed for the winter.
The Museum will reopen for Easter 2026:
Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April 2026
Opening times:
11am to 4pm on Friday, Saturday and Monday
1:30pm to 4pm on Sunday
We will also open for Bank Holiday weekends in May and start our 2026 season properly in June.
For more information, see our Visit Us page.
Tourist Information can also be obtained by telephoning 01333 450869 when we are open.
If you would like to volunteer at the Museum and help us to open up for visitors to our historic Royal Burgh then please see our Volunteers page.
As a service to both tourists and locals Crail Museum has free Wi-Fi available throughout the Museum and just outside the Museum - if you are sitting on the seat opposite the Museum outside the Town Hall, for example.
To use the free Wi-Fi connect your device to "BT_Guest_Wi-Fi".
You will probably then need to "login" to the Wi-Fi network by opening a browser and agreeing to BT's terms and conditions before you can use the connection.
There are limits to the speed of the connection and the type of websites you can connect to. You will be disconnected if you are inactive for 10 minutes or so. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantees.
